Applied Scientific Technologies (AST) are an emerging company founded by Garry Lofthouse and Lee Raywood in 2017 Stokesley, North Yorkshire. AST are innovative specialists in robotics, automation and hardware integration in the life and physical sciences for laboratory and medical applications.

The AST team are proud to have won a prestigious international RedDot award for 'Innovative Design 2022' for our lab of the future product Deft!
Red Dot is an international design competition for product design, communication design and design concepts. Deft will now tour around the world at multiple Red Dot Design Award exhibitions until May 2023!
