Deft is your first step to digitalisation within your lab. It’s common to print a set of formulation steps to work form within the lab, however, these steps are only as accurate as the scientist provides. There are four opportunities to get this information wrong, as the scientist is conducting the test, they can read the values incorrectly or they can write the values incorrectly, upon completion of the formulation, the scientist then returns to their work desk to type in the formulation information from their notes, again at this point, they can read the information incorrectly and type the information incorrectly. Deft is simple. It’s designed to work alongside the scientist and capture the data digitally, reducing the chances of information being incorrect, reducing the reliance on the scientist to capture the data correctly and improves efficiency, as the scientist no longer needs to type information, meaning they get more time to conduct experiments.
